1.  When will my order ship?  Many parts are in stock and can ship same day as long as the order is received by 3:00pm EST.  If the part is not in stock it will normally ship within five business days unless otherwise specified.  The customer will receive an email notification when orders ship.

2.  What shipping method is used?  All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail from Concord, NC as specified by the customers order.

3.  What manufacturers do you supply parts for?  We can supply repair parts for the following types of equipment:  DCI, DCI Equipment, Marus, Pelton & Crane and Tuttnauer.

4.  How do I return a part?  All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. 
Click here for a return authorization form to request a return authorization number.  Parts that are unopened and unused may be returned within 60 days.  There is a 25% re-stocking fee for the return of unused parts.  Defective parts may be returned with no re-stocking fee once a replacement has been ordered.  Contact customer service for a return authorization for defective parts.  

5.  What type of warranty do parts have?  New and reconditioned motors and circuit boards carry a 90 day warranty.  If a part is defective or fails within 90 days from the date of invoice we will gladly replace the defective part.  Warranty does not cover abuse or improper installation of parts.

6.  What payment options are available?  We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover & PayPal

7.  Why are some parts sealed and non-returnable if opened?  Certain electrical parts are sealed and non-returnable if package has been opened.  This is to ensure that you the customer are receiving  quality parts that haven't been previously installed.  These parts are clearly labeled on the outside of the package.

8.  What is a "core credit"?  Some parts have core credits as indicated on this website.  When the used part is returned to us we will issue the customer a credit in the amount of the specified core credit.  Credit will be issued in the same method payment was received. To receive full core credit, all pieces/parts of the core must be intact., ex no cut cords on motors, motor shaft, nut and housing must be included, no holes burned in circuit boards, etc.
